Meridian Pacific Properties, Inc.Meridian Pacific Properties was founded by Jeffrey King and Kevin Conlon in 2006 and is located in San Diego, CA. Since that time, Meridian Pacific Properties has sold over 200 homes in Mississippi and Tennessee to investors across the US. King and Conlon founded Meridian after extensive technology sector careers. Both senior executives share a common real estate interest, and had personally invested for years. As investors, they had routinely observed and felt pain from the high volatility stock market. In contrast, they observed their personal income property portfolios earned their highest after-tax returns with the lowest volatility year over year. This was also true of their friends and colleague' experience. They also noted that many investors limit their investment real estate because they do not have the time to actively identify, acquire and manage lucrative real estate. Meridian's goal is to help people interested in investment properties and positive cash flow “do it right.”Kevin ConlonKevin Conlon has been a landlord and real estate investor continuously since 1981.
